Initially, we were concerned when allocated the above agency for SHS – end of life for dad, as it was new and had not been CQC assessed. However, our concerns were unjustified, as at all times they were professional – both management and staff. They were kind and treated dad at all times with respect and dignity. They often went beyond and exceeded their requirements in time. No situation ever seemed too much for them. The Owner is very hands on and often got involved practically. They were a great support when dad passed away. We could not of managed without them.

My husband has been in the care of this wonderful team since December 2016. The team of carers are professional, caring, easy to talk with and allow flexibility within my husband’s care plan. This ensures his complex needs are met and continually assessed. I have cared for my husband for 12 years and was reluctant to accept help. However, this is the best decision I have made.

Care2Home and their staff are very good in the care they provide, the company are easy to talk to about any issues and will always try to change care plan if requested. Even though the turnover of staff in the care sector is high, Care2Home seem to have a settled team and the service currently provided is very caring. We would not hesitate to recommend the company and have done on several occasions.
