Manjit Kaur
Managing Director & Registered Care Manager
Manjit Kaur is the Managing Director of Care2Home Ltd and has over 20 years of professional Health and Social Care experience. Manjit’s determination and passion for care started in India, supporting the local communities’ elderly individuals along with accompanying mothers with their new-born babies. Manjit’s father saw her desire to care for individuals, consequently recommending the care path, where Manjit studied General Nursing and Midwifery in Chandigarh, India. Today, Manjit co-owns Care2Home Ltd together with her three sons Sarg, Arjan & Anil, who all play a pivotal role in bringing a brilliant care service.
Manjit believes “As a Registered Care Manager, my duty is to validate that all care at Care2Home is safe and is at the highest quality. I like to make a difference in client’s lives, I can see the positive impacts of building strong relationships in addition to going above and beyond bringing happiness to clients. We are proud that Care2Home is a trusted care provider within the Solihull Community.”
Manjit’s active role within Care2Home is a personal one, supplying regular checks of client’s wellbeing, ensuring clients remain happy with their service. Manjit has complete responsibility evaluating the best possible outcome for the individual during their care.
Arjan Singh
Senior Care Coordinator & Deputy Manager
As Senior Care Coordinator and Deputy Manager, Arjan’s experience within business administration and customer services has produced exceptional communication which resonates to both carers and clients. Continuing his growth within the care sector Arjan has a NCFE Level 3 Diploma in Management and is currently learning undertaking a Level 5 Leadership and Management Apprenticeship.
Constant contact with carers is pivotal to Arjan’s role, his excellent organisation and managing of staff rotas allow carers to have a work-life balance. Arjan’s overall proactive and friendly approach leads to alternative ways in accommodating to the care assistant’s preferences. This assists carers in providing the best care and supports possible.
Arjan says “Wanting to make a positive impact on people’s lives, my duty is focused on the co-operation of visits, making sure certain carers are happy and safe, ultimately leading to gracious care for our clients. It is the committed carers in which I really rely on particularly with everchanging rotas, enabling the needs of our clients to be met.
Sarg Singh
Recruitment & Finance Manager
Sarg’s journey with Care2Home Ltd started in 2017, encompassing a broad area of business experience across various industries, his knowledge and talent acquisition has inserted growth within Care2Home. Sarg’s expertise identifies quality carers, this starts straight from the recruitment process to key training and development of carers, ultimately leading to the highest possible standard.
Sarg’s role also expands to financial planning, providing the monthly accounting for Care2Home, his outstanding communication with the NHS, CHC and Solihull Council ensures a first-rate relationship is maintained. Sarg’s development is ongoing through his progression he has recently gained NCFE Level 3 Diploma in Management, following this up by a Level 5 Leadership and Management Apprenticeship.
Sarg said “I find it rewarding to know I have provided a thorough and safe recruitment process which can assure carers are comfortable with the care they carry out, moreover clients are being looked after to a high standard. The carers have a massive part to play in how the company is portrayed, therefore I always ensure the carers are carefully selected and meet the high standards and values I and Care2Home have set.”

Business Administrator
Anil Singh is the Business Administrator at Care2Home. Anil’s energetic and friendly approach assists client family’s queries as well as providing support to carers. The collaboration Anil provides within the teams, allows information to flow clearly through team members.
Anil expresses “I always enjoy speaking with our clients, it gives me the most satisfaction when I know I have successfully helped or assisted with our client’s needs, making that difference brings a sense of pleasure. Keeping on top of compliance and completing checks confirms our continued determination for the best possible care.”
