We recruit and train our carers to a high standard, helping them promote each client’s wellbeing, independence, and choice. All carers are DBS-checked, and references are thoroughly verified to ensure safe, dependable support at home.
Manjit Kaur
Managing Director & Registered Care Manager
Manjit Kaur is the Managing Director of Care2Home Ltd, with over 20 years of experience in Health and Social Care. Her passion for care began in India, where she supported elderly individuals and new mothers. She went on to study General Nursing and Midwifery in Chandigarh.
Today, Manjit co-owns the business with her sons, Sarg, Arjan, and Anil, who all play key roles in delivering a high standard of care.
As Registered Care Manager, Manjit ensures all care is safe, effective, and delivered to the highest standard. She takes a hands-on approach, regularly checking on clients and staying closely involved to make sure they are happy and well supported.
Arjan Singh
Senior Care Coordinator & Deputy Manager
Arjan is the Senior Care Coordinator and Deputy Manager at Care2Home Ltd. With a background in business administration and customer service, he brings strong communication skills that support both carers and clients. He holds an NCFE Level 3 Diploma in Management and is currently working towards a Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification.
A key part of Arjan’s role is staying in close contact with carers and managing staff rotas effectively, helping them maintain a healthy work-life balance. His organised and proactive approach ensures carers are well supported, which in turn helps them deliver the best possible care to clients.
Sarg Singh
Recruitment & Finance Manager
Sarg joined Care2Home Ltd in 2017, bringing experience from a range of industries. His knowledge of recruitment has supported the company’s growth, helping to attract and develop high-quality carers. From initial hiring through to training, he focuses on maintaining consistently high standards of care.
His role also includes financial planning and monthly accounts. He works closely with the NHS, CHC, and Solihull Council, building strong, reliable relationships. Sarg continues to develop
professionally, recently completing an NCFE Level 3 Diploma in Management and now working towards a Level 5 Leadership and Management Apprenticeship.
Sarg says, “I find it rewarding to know the recruitment process is thorough and safe. It means carers feel confident in the work they do, and clients receive a high standard of care. Carers play a huge role in how the company is seen, so I make sure we select people who meet the values and standards we expect.”
Anil Singh
Business Administrator
Anil Singh is the Business Administrator at Care2Home. His friendly, proactive approach helps him support both client families and carers. He works closely with the team to keep communication clear and information flowing smoothly.
Anil says, “I enjoy speaking with our clients and get real satisfaction from helping with their needs. Making a difference matters to me. Staying on top of compliance and completing checks also ensures we continue to deliver the best possible care.”

Supervisor
Sabine joined Care2Home over six years ago and has become a key part of the team. Her knowledge, leadership, and professionalism have helped drive high standards across the care team, always leading by example in the field.

Gurjit has been with Care2Home since 2019 and brought many years of experience and knowledge with her. She has remained dedicated to the care industry and continues to be a highly valued member of the team.
